How do I set up a Time-out on my account?
What a Time-out does
A time-out temporarily blocks access to your account for a set period. Once confirmed, your time-out is activated immediately.
Available Time-out durations
The two available time-out durations are:
24 hours
7 days
How to activate a Time-out
To set up a time-out on your account, follow these steps:
Click the 3-dash menu in the top right corner of the screen and select the Account icon.
Click Settings and select Game Pause.
Click Next and choose Time-out.
Select your preferred time-out duration - either 24 hours or 7 days.
Confirm your selection.
Your time-out will be activated immediately once you confirm.
Note: If you need a time-out period other than 24 hours or 7 days, you will need to request this via email or live chat support.
